Send and receive SysEx messages to and from your your MIDI devices.
Syx-Lib lets you send and receive system exclusive (or simply SysEx) messages to and from class-compliant* USB MIDI devices. Simply select a file containing SysEx data to send to a connected device. Or start a manual dump to save incoming SysEx messages.* This app will not function with devices that require proprietary drivers. Old but it works.
UPDATE: Feb 2022. Works for me with an Android 8.1, phone :) UPDATE: Feb 2021. Doesn't work on my Android 7.1 phone. FIRST REVIEW 2020: Using my Android 6+ phone, an OTG cable, and an M- Audio Uno usb to midi cable; so far this app has worked great receiving and transmitting bulk dumps with a new Waldorf Steichfett and an old Roland MC 307. I'd happily pay ..... not to have the adverts at the bottom of the screen (Hint).
Can I take backup from Korg x50 and reused through this app because it's file format is .pcg
Nice app and please improve the app version because it is not install my phone
Best midi app
Super
Super👆 Thank You Somuch
Works like a charm. I use it with an OTG cable connected to a Redmi 9 and load patches to my DX7. So much easier than loading them from the PC... I would definitely pay for an ad-free version!
It's a useful app it is not supported for iOS why bro
Update: Well it's been a while since I've used this app and now I can't get it to work. I'm not sure if I have a newer phone since the last time I tried, or if it's because the app has since been updated or what (maybe it's just me), but now I can't get the app to connect. Using a Note 9 and m-audio uno.
